Paradigm Receives Strategic Growth Investment from Francisco Partners

Today, Paradigm is thrilled to announce a major milestone — we are teaming up with a new investment partner, Francisco Partners, to drive our continued growth and leadership in the legal technology industry. With more than $25 billion in assets under management and a track record of investing in more than 300 technology companies over the last two decades, Francisco Partners is one of the most active and longstanding technology-focused investment firms in the world.

This is fantastic news for our customers, our team and the industry at large. With Francisco Partners’ financial support and extensive expertise in software and payments, we will be able to further accelerate growth across our suite of four world-class legal practice management and payments solutions – PracticePanther, MerusCase, Bill4Time, Headnote — and beyond. We look forward to expanding our product suite and further innovating to help law firms operate more efficiently and easily than ever before.

This is a proud moment for our team. In partnership with Alpine Investors, we started this journey in 2017 with our first legal software business and a team of 20. Since then, we’ve grown to a team of over 100 across the country serving over 11,000 law firms and 50,000 attorneys. This was all possible thanks to our incredible team who navigated the growing pains of this period in the midst of a global pandemic. Our energetic and ambitious team is deeply committed to our customers and to each other. We look forward to continuing to grow Team Paradigm and solidifying it as a Great Place to Work for years to come.

We are extremely grateful for our customers and the industry at large in helping us reach this milestone. We are proud to continue serving you as we embark on this new chapter together.
